About Monica

 MONICA LINK is a writer, producer and performer. Born and raised in Detroit, she began living her dreams by working as a journalist, production manager and singing in the choir. As a struggling reporter she decided to begin writing her first play, "Be Made Whole". After the production debuted in 2006 she was inspired to write the hit gospel play "The Church Folk" a comedy that deals with problems pastors face balancing home and family. Monica looks for the silver lining in every situation. In an effort to make her productions stronger she traveled to new York to work as a merchandise seller and spotlight operator for an International Broadway musical.

Monica is now back in Detroit developing more projects for stage and film. Her writing is featured online on business ans entertainment websites. She is shopping for a pet and looking forward to a great year!
